New Jersey joins the sovereign wealth funds

I had the biggest laugh when I saw the headline, because when I see "sovereign wealth fund", I automatically think of China, Norway, the middle east, and all these other big players with hundreds of billions of dollars at the ready.

Now, I don't question the logic or the brains behind this... I just thought it was funny that, of all people, New Jersey now has one too.

I wonder if if there's a minimum requirement? "BA joins the sovereign wealth funds with pocket change" has a nice ring to it, no?
