Talk about fudging with the laws. Things like this would deter many others from reporting the find in the first place.

ya I agree there's no point in sharing what you found if you don't atleast get some kind of TY afterall $1900 is alot of $ to toss away on accident.

Now he said he was scavanging on his own time not the cities time soooo GIVE THE MAN HIS $

or when in doubt does this mean that if you find a $1 sitting in the gutter when you are out for a walk that it belongs to the city, it was the cities gutter afterall KWIM?
