Addict Calls Cops In Attempt To Buy Crack
Someone reached out and touched narcotics detective Rick Lynn.
The North Carolina officer took a call on his cell phone that turned out to be a wrong number - and how. Lynn says the caller said he wanted to buy a $50 rock of crack cocaine.
