Update button on the top?

I have a suggestion. On the settings page of our blogs, could you put the Update button at the bottom AND the top? I update my side bar quite a bit, but don't touch all the colors and stuff. If the update button was at the top it would be more convenient.

Of course, you could tell me to suck it up. All I have to do is scroll down and click.
