On June 6th, join the Seattle Asian Art Museum (SAAM) for Making the Museum, a FREE family art event, and create a paper diorama of the park, complete with gorgeous art, growing trees and blooming flowers made from recycled paper and objects. Presented by WellsFargo and co-presented by the Seattle origami group PAPER.
FREE and open to the public. Designed for kids ages 12 and under and their parents and guardians. All activities are drop-in. No registration required. 11am - 2pm in Fuller Court. Seattle Asian Art Museum 1400 East Prospect Street Seattle WA, 98112-3303 206-654-3100 Did you know that you can also get in free June 27th to the Seattle Art Museum (SAM)? This is courtesy of Target, 11am–3 pm in the South Hall. This Bust a Move Program explores painting as a sport. Visit creation stations decked out with the equipment that artists use. Try your hand with the materials that changed how we make and see paintings. Use recycled materials and transparent surfaces to push your creative limits. Take your art home or share your vision by adding it to our community display. Seattle Art Museum Downtown 1300 First Avenue Seattle, WA 98101-2003 206.654.3100
