If you are on the CVS Advisor Panel, be on the look out for a survey that came through your e-mail.
If you qualify for the survey, you will receive $10.00 in extra bucks. If you do not qualify for the survey, you will receive $2.00 in extra bucks. At the end of the survey, it says that your extra bucks will be printed out after your card is scanned after June 27th.
