Register here if you have not created a Mom, the Everyday Athlete account. Find or begin a running or walking group in your area with the help of seeMOMMYrun. You will also use this site to schedule your run/walk on the day of the event. Use the WFC nutrition and fitness training resources to learn how to effectively energize your body and improve your fitness ability for the event. Use the pedometer, which you will receive in the next few weeks, to track your steps on the day of the event and return to the WFC Web site to enter them into the step counter. Remember, you and your group can run or walk where and whenever you want on the day of the event, Saturday, May 19. Everything you need is right here on our site.
