I Filled Out The Questionnaires Twice And Still Got "invalid" And Asked Me To Fil Out Form Again. Bummer!

I had the problemof gettin in got page not found and after doing this no problem getting in..

try this: click on tools, then click on internet options, next click delete files(check the box then click ok), then wait, next click on delete cookies, wait and then click ok on bottom. I had the problem after doing this no problem getting in..
