To request your 4 FREE Wooden Nickels
Please Follow these instructions:
Put your name and address (or someone elses) on a Business Size Envelope (#10)
Put YOUR return address in the upper left-hand corner
(You may include as many envelopes as you wish, but we request that each envelope be sent to a different address)
Put on 2 First Class Stamps (or stamps adding up to at least 63 cents)**
** U.S. Addresses only: INCLUDING Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, etc.
(For delivery in Canada put on 90 cents (or enclose $1 bill))
Fold the envelope and insert it in another envelope and mail it to:

PLEASE do not include anything except the envelope(s):
(no notes, no letters, no special requests, etc)
We cannot take phone orders or email orders for the Free Wooden Nickels
We will send FOUR (4) of these "Support Our Troops" Wooden Nickels
In each envelope that we receive. (1 to keep, 3 to share)
