It did that to me, too, but I am thinking of calling their customer service line b/c they have been v. nice in the past. Once,when I received a damaged sample, I called them and they sent me coupons for free items.

I just thought of a good idea. This very thing happens from time to time. Whomever is the first to discover the problem (or has time!) can look up the customer service number and include it in the reply. It will save our gang a lot of time. I don't mind doing it, everyone is so great in our freebee circle. What do you think??

It did it to me the first time. I then tried a different e-mail address and it acepted it. Perhaps they keep email address in their DB and if you ever sign up for a sample, you are excluded from future promotions........?? Just a thought.

frugalelf - I think that they mean they used one of their own different email addresses. I have several different ones that I use for differing purposes.

I ment that I have several email address for different purposes and I used a different one than I normally use for such a situation. Their are several sites that offer free email such as yahoo and hotmail.
