Wow. That web site is super-cheesy. I hope its a legit offer.
[Edit: Update - Notice it says MLM Cigarette Buying Club (or words to that effect); if I were a smoker and thought to take advantage of this offer, I'd think carefully about giving personal information like home address or phone number, etc.]
