If you are an active member of US military forces and would like to receive a free copy of "For Freedom's Dream", simply fill out the following information (as applicable) providing your military (not home) and ship-to address (FAO/APO, Base, Post, etc.). This information will only be used for shipment of the DVD, and will not be sold or used for solicitation or any other purpose.
