Default Save money on your office's electric bills.

One way to save money on your office's electric bills is to "shop around" for the best rate and terms in your area. You will be surprised to see how many electricity providers are willing to beat your current rate in today's market.

Default Unplug it

Another way is to make sure that you unplug your office equipment before going home/ after you have shut them down. Equipment that are turned off still consumes electricity if they are still plugged in.

Interested thought, i was under the impression starting up a dozen PC's each day took more power consumption than leaving them on idol all night.

Some figures here would be great.

Hi, Click4Credit,

Yes. And if you have coomputers, or appliances plugged into surge protectors, it negates the need to unplug them

This may sound like a daft idea, but maybe changing the background of each computer to black? A black screen uses much less power than a white screen, but i'm not sure how much money this would save.

Putting the temperature of the air condition at its lowest or highest level you are okay with, depending on the season of the month. See that you don't put it too high or low temperatures. Putting the AC at a considerable temperature aids you to minimize electricity and get less power bill.

Best savings involves smart investments like not only using less resources like electricity but also invest in money market and energy saving products. One side we are growing our money and on the other end we are minimizing your expenses.

Regards,
Conan

You can also turn off unnecessary tube light, energy saver, AC or fan other electrical items, used them when it necessary.
