My library has coupon exchange box where you can take or leave coupons. If you library doesn't have one--ask if you can set one up!

I send all my extra/expired coupons to a friend stationed in Italy. Military Commissaries accept coupons for 6 months beyond their expiration. My church also collects for her and I add those to mine.
