Just checked AdPerk and they have added Good Housekeeping to the list of available magazines...
You watch ads for 'credits' which are then redeemed for the subscription.
30 seconds is approx 1 credit.
2 credits per issue * 12 issues = 24 credits for Good Housekeeping
I just alt-tab to something else and have the ads playing in the background. When each ad has finished playing you just enter a code within 30 seconds and the credits get added to your account.
