Ace Kids Club

Children who sign up for the club receive a special birthday letter during the month they are celebrating their birthday. The letter welcomes them to the club, includes a membership card and invites them to bring the letter to their local store for a special Ace birthday surprise.

In order to sign up for the club membership, simply print out the Sign Up form and either fax the completed form to :
