Default Any banks with easy qualifications to opening an account?

Some banks claim to open an account within five minutes. How is this possible? What is the easiest bank to open an account on line?

I've had WAMU for years (in FL, WA, OR and now CA) they are fast and easy--I think it took under 5 minutes to open an account both in person and online. I have never had any problems with them. Used to have BofA and they were horrible!!!!!
