TDBankNorth Checking Account (CT, PA, NJ, NY)
I just opened a new account, because this has the best terms that I have found. All ATM fee's are reimbursed even the fees from other banks, no minimum monthly balance, no monthly maintenance fee, free online billpay. Available in CT, PA, NJ, NY.
