I just got in. I haven't checked out all of the functionality, but the site appears dramatically different, imo. It also looks like they've added a running total of interest earned.
My initial reaction is that it's a definite improvement. |

So slow my browser is timing out. Maybe I'll wait a few days until they get some of the bugs worked out! In the meantime, they sent me another hat . . .

Increased traffic aside, they're definitely experiencing some performance issues right now. I hope they're worked out within the next couple of weeks. The new site is a definite improvement over what they had.

GRRRRRRR. Time out, error messages, a lot of bungling, repetition....I'm a calm little nugget, but on my cable internet I do not expect to have these kinds of issues. I need it to be resolved soon, and/or I need to get reply to my e-mail, for me to be in forgiveness mode. Somebody messed up but good.

I just had my fastest login experience since the launch of ED's new site. It appears they may have resolved some of their problems. I guess we can always take heart that in a few days we'll be earning 5.15% APY.
Anyone have any experience with One United? |

I've had more success with it in the last 24 hours and haven't had many problems late at night. I'm sure they will iron these issues out before too long. I'm sure it must be very frustrating for people that need access to their money right now.
On a positive note, I noticed they now provide more information regarding pending transfers. And they no longer disappear into cyber space! I tested it with a deposit. You have to click on "History" from the "Transfers" tab and it will show a green message under "Status". |

Not impressed. Any security system that requires me to write down all of the security info. isn't the best . . .and I'm sorry my grandmother's first name is unacceptable to you . . . I also have a transfer that cleared my bank on the 19th that still isn't part of my available balance today, the 26th. It's worth it for the rate difference, but I know why ING doesn't have to bother to be competitive with rates anymore.

I'm actually impressed with the new site. It's a grand improvement over their previous offering and the new login procedure is much more secure in my opinion.
