Default GMAC or Capital One?

Which would you prefer for MMA? I can't decide which to choose.

Strange. Why does Capital One have a High Yield MM that requires no minimum balance, but the regular MM requires $100? Both appear to give the same rate.

I think because the regular one gives you checks.

Well let me know what you decide "guys" and why! LOL

I understand Capital One is really fast with their transfers. I don't know about GMAC. Both of them seem well worth the investment.

I think you would find that both are fine accounts to have. GMAC currently offers a higher yield, but also has a limitation in that you must maintain a balance of $500 to avoid fees.

There are, of course, other options that offer even higher yields and have no minimum balance requirement.
