What kind of stack are you building? Casein is a slow release protein good for just before bed. The jack3d is a preworkout formula.
I would look at whey protein as a post workout shake. Optimum makes many good flavors of it.
Any preworkout will basically do the same thing. I've heard about some bad side effects with the jack3D though. Also, 1,3 dimeth will soon be banned.
