To get your free ept Pregnancy Test you must live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
You can request your free test by phone or by using this website.
By phone: Call 1-888-252-1822 10am - 6pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

Promotion Details
1. Promotion is limited to one ept Pregnancy Test per address.
2. Recipient must live in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco or San Mateo.
3. Supplies are limited. Tests will be given away only while supplies last.
4. No medical advice will be given over the phone.
5. First Resort has the right to decline a request for a free ept Pregnancy Test.
6. If you have not missed a period, the test may not be accurate.
7. First Resort is not responsible for test results. Please refer to the ept Pregnancy Test insert for directions and customer service information. ept Pregnancy Test provides a toll free number, 1-800-378-1783, to address your questions and concerns.
8. First Resort is not responsible for delivery delays experienced by USPS or other carrier.
