I looked through the OCPNET site and clicked this link - Base List - to learn which bases were currently accepting coupons. I am wondering if there is a way to tell, other than the Questions Form, which bases have the greatest need..?
I just started a coupon exchange in Bowling Green, KY and will have plenty of expired coupons to pass along and want to make sure they get to the best place. |
