HI. I live in a rurual area and when I "go to town" for groceries my only choices are Wal-Mart or Hannaford. Hannaford is quite big in the Northeast. I searched and found Hannaford.com. So you may want to check this out and add it to your list. (I haven't read the whole site yet). Pam O

Is there a reason the weekly ad for Homeland hasn't been posted since October?
i do miss it as it helps me know what's on sale before i drive 25 miles to the store.

Ever been to TheGroceryGame.com? This site has a pretty advanced database of sales. They print a weekly "buy" list for every store which lists all the rock bottom lowest priced sales based on their research and tracking history and then there is a key on each list to tell you exactly where to find the coupon for that given item. The database tracks upcoming sales too, so even if you have a coupon for a given item which is on sale this week, they might not recommend you buy it unless you need it because they know that there will be a deeper sale next week.

Not only do they offer weekly emails, in addition to (often) weekly Sunday paper inserts, but also they have in-store flyers. They usually have a save $5 coupon (off a $50 purchase).

Although they are a bulk-type store, they do not require a membership to shop there. However, if you have a business (even if not a food service), I recommend getting their optional membership. (please don't quote me) For every $1,000 you spend annually, you earn rebates... up to 7% back, which is credited to the membership card.
