Free $10 Amazon gift card for Vivelle Dot brief survey
Estrogen Patch (ET Patch), Menopause Treatment and Hormone Therapy – Vivelle Dot
They are doing a $10 gift card to Amazon. You need to do a very brief survey. You have to install active control X to view it and disable your pop ups. My survey never showed up until I got frustrated and went to close the box. It says that the gift card will be with you in 2 weeks.
