Default Increased driveway by 1 foot!

All I did was take out the 6 inches of greenery creeping over on either side, and man that was nice dirt under there! I really don't know why green grows so well on my driveway but not my 'lawn' (can you call a large area of brown dust with intermitant greenery, not grass, a lawn)

Actually I am not done yet, but I got a good start. Is a dream of mine that the green that I dumped on my dirt will turn into a lawn next year .

Best of luck. My lawn is brown this year because I will not water it. Th elocal water company is obscenely expensive. The lawn wil come back next year. It always has done so in the past.

I never water ours, 'cept FIL bought us some grass seed so we watered that protion. THe greenest part of the lawn, next to what is growing over the sidewalk and driveway. I cannot figure out why it is so green over the concrete, and so bare everywhere else!
