Oh I am glad I suddenly decided to buy his book instead of ordering it through the library... otherwise I would have missed this. I do not have tv, but my mom does, I hope I haven't missed the show! If I haven't, she'll tape it for me.

I will try to watch it the kids are downstairs playing quietly now so we will see if they still are in 45 mins when it starts LOL

I watched I was shocked by the mom with the 2 kids. As for the women & the man that were gonna get married & he had financed her a new car & he drove a car just like mine same amount of miles thats my dh & I except we are not in debt like they are. I am embarassed to say My dh is just like that women!!!

I couldn't believe how the mom was sticking up for her two kids. And she was the one that wrote in! I guess she was thinking they would teach the kids how to balance a checkbook or something - not change their entire behavior pattern.

I missed it! Oprah is usually repeated the next day at 9:00am so I will try to tape it (if I can figure out how to work the new dvd/vcr player).

I was muchly disappointed in it... he didn't really give solutions. Only good thing I took away from it is that we are not really that bad off... wow!

I didn't get to see the whole thing. I only got to see the rich kids section. It was a tamed down version of Dave. I think Oprah held him back.
Take a listen to his radio show to get the real Dave and hear solutions. Read his books.

Tree0164, you've got to check out the "After the Show" bit on her site. Let me see if I can dig up the link...It's the "real Dave"
 Dang, I can't find it anywhere. I'm sure the TMMO forums have it linked somewhere though!
