Default 10 minute money savers

I'm not sure these exist, but I'm looking for quick and easy money savers - something that I can do in ten minutes or less. Do they exist and if so, what are they?

Have any products that didn't meet your expectations? Send an e-mail to the company. Takes under a minute and they usually send coupons for free stuff. That's a great money saver

It takes about 10 minutes to walk around your house and unplug things that are just plugged up unnecessarily.
What about surfing the net and signing up for freebies
reading this list is a money saver if you follow the advice given

I can vouch for this - I recently got a $10 coupon from Gillette after I emailed them about a dull razor blade. I've also emailed Starbucks to inquire about their kid's cocoa - sometimes we get it and it's too warm for DD to drink, and then today she had one that was almost cold. I wrote them a note to find out what, if any, the temperature ought to be for the drink. Maybe something will come of it? I don't know, but I figured it was good to point it out to them regardless.
