Default Canadian Calling Cards

Here is my dilemma. One of my friends lives in Canada. Calls to Canada are included in my Long Distance plan. Calling her is fine. But for her to call me I would love to find her a callign card that would be dirt cheap with no activation and inactivity fees. Any help?
