Default How come??

How come every post i reply to I get e-maisl when people post there? and how can I undo it or not get the e-mail reminders!?!?! thanks

should be an option on your control panel. It automatically subscribes you when you reply (I like that function) but it should be able to be removed, or switched to a pm.

Go to "My control Panel"
Click on "edit Options"

About half way down you'll see:

<i>Default Thread Subscription Mode
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

Do not subscribe No email notification Instant email notification Daily email notification Weekly email notification Default Thread Subscription Mode:</i>

There is a pull down area where you can set your option.
