Default Police Stolen Property Recovery & Auctions

If you have had items stolen and want a chance at getting them back, sign up and register for free at StealItBack.com and they will help you recover any stolen items that have serial numbers. This is how it works if you have had an item is stolen.

1) You need to file a police report for the stolen property.

2) Set up a StealItBack.com account with your name, address, phone number, email address, username, and password.

3) Describe your item in as much detail as possible. You'll need to give the serial number (only items with serial numbers are entered into their data base) as well as the brand name and model number. You should also include the name of your local police department, the city where the item was stolen, and police report number.

If your stolen property is returned to a participating police department, they will return it back to you free of charge.

Unfortunately, many of the items are never claimed and these, as well as all the items without serial numbers, are all auctioned off on the site.
