Angie's list experience

I'm interested in Angie's list, but their FAQ doesn't answer a few of my questions.

1. Is the fee the same for everyone? (Apparently, some areas that are under-represented don't have fees until the reviews are built up a bit) But, other than that, are there differences in fees, depending on the area?

2. Can you access reviews of services outside your area?

3. Does your name appear on the review? (Obviously, the website has your name and credit card information, but I'm referring to what other subscribers can see.)

4. If you have any experience with Angie's list, please share.
