Refinance Cash
I am presently looking to do a cash-out refinance in order to complete my house remodel. I also am relocating in 3- 1/2 years. So I was looking at ARM's. I got a quote and insurance threw me off and maybe somebody can tell me this is authentic. My loan balance is $399,house worth: $600-$620,000Cash Out: $35,000 New Loan sum: $440,000 Rate: 3.25%3/1 ARMFees: $2,700 They have insurance of $400/month and I am in fact curious if this is legit.
