Will Congress have some sort of debt deal by Monday?
What do you think? Will they come to an agreement, and have some kind of deal in the works by Monday? I have heard on the TV news that they wish to have something loosely arranged before the open of the Asian markets late today (Sunday, 7/24/11). I am 50-50 on this. I don't think they will have a deal fully ready, and I am starting to think it is more likely they will still be just talking and debating as Monday comes and passes.
