Default How Rich Are You?

Here is a neat program to find out where you rank in the world in income. It is simple, just name your currency and yearly income.

Global Rich List

That is cool. I played with it for about 10 minutes. Maxes out at $200,001 per year or top .001%. I find it hard to believe that there are only 107,000 people who make over $200,000 a year in the world. Maybe it doesn't account for investment income?

You can be a rich man if you do investment more and more but how ?
Cut short your consumptions and save your money as Economics tells us too and later find a good opportunity to invest your money. How much you have investment the more you have return.

Ranking is one thing, but with income it kind of goes back to the saying, "At the end of the day it's not what you make, but what you save."

If I make $50,000, but spend $100,000, I would be the poorest person in the world according to this. Overspending is a big problem in America.

I thought it looked fishy. Maybe the idea is that "the ends justify the means"?

I like the thought that being rich is a state of mind. Sure why not! Let us all think we are rich and then worry less and save our nerves from stress. I hope it was that easy too. Not a bad thought.
