credit "alerts" and "offers" from stolen email information

I am being bombarded with all kinds of emails with free coupon offers to things like chain restaurants in the title line. This all started after the hacking into the account of a major internet marketing firm a while back where email lists from major retailers and banks were stolen. Some of these are obvious to spot as fraudent/spam emails just from the title line so I have been deleting them without reading. Others are a little less obvious but I have taken to the policy of deleting without reading anything resembling an online offer. (Did I mention my DH is uber-paranoid about computer viruses?)

In the last two days, I have received several with titles like "Credit alert: someone has viewed your credit report" from senders like "Experien". Since Experien is not Experian and I know that I should not be getting email from them anyway, I again have been deleting these without opening.

Being frugal as well as paranoid about my credit/finances, these emails have gotten my attention. They are getting to the point of not only being just annoying but scary as I fear many people will be duped by these phishing scams.

I am redoubling my efforts to get these caught by my spam filter.

I assume I am not the only one getting these but was curious if any of you were getting some of the same types of "alerts" and "offers" particularly the credit alerts.
