If you have sensitive skin, the best is a nice quality gel shaving cream like Gillette and a quality razor like Schick Quattro. An electric razor, in my opinion, is not what you are looking for.

I use a Braun Pulsonic shaver every day, and it's the best electric shaver I've ever owned. It's expensive, but totally worth it. Link

I've always used a Norelco except for one period where I had a Remington, but it was identical to the Norelco's so I suspect they come out of the same factory.

DH bought a Wahl about 7 years ago. I think it was in the range of $90 back then, but is a very nice electric razor that has held up well. He does use it almost daily.

I have a sensitive face and tough beard - the Norelco with the goop that comes out and lubricates the face. My face is so sensitive that I have been know to nick it with an electric.
