Backed up drain; waiting for plumber

Fizgig, it wasn't my drain that clogged. It was the main sewer line out of the house. I've never called a plumber to clear a sink drain. I've taken care of those clogs plenty of times either with hot water and baking soda as you did or with drain cleaner.
