Default Which is the Fastest

Which is the fastest way to get traffic to your web site Seo or Social Bookmarketing?

I contend that speed is dependent upon how much input one does.
Please let me know what you think.

Fastest way is actually to purchase traffic.

Social bookmarking is part of SEO. Don't expect an avalanche of traffic from social bookmarks because its not going to happen.

social bookmarkingi(but you have to stand out in those sites and this might take quite some time unless your site is an instant head turner) but the traffic from them has a very high bounce rate as compared to SEO
