Hi,

Actually I'm paying less now for better coverage. When I started with them (2 years ago) I was paying about $44/month for maximum lifetime $30,000 coverage (same 90% reimbursement rate). Now I have unlimited lifetime coverage for about $37/month. The only difference is I added a small deductable ($150). Like any insurance it can go up based on costs, but they claim they don't raise it based on your dog's age, etc.

Yes, I've made a couple claims (pretty small ones) and had no problems whatsoever.

They haven't changed their rates yet on you?

So far I've gotten improved coverage and am paying less than I started out paying.
