As you know, all unclaimed money get turned over to the state. I did a search once for unclaimed money & I found $2,000 that I had forgotten about that was from a real estate transaction that fell through. Who but me could forget about $2,000! I had also found a few small commision checks that I had never received because I moved.

BTW, I just did a search under my old name, & they show that I have $1,000 from an old escrow account. I gonna check this out! No, I'll have my husband check it out!!
