Default another step in right direction

I just opened a ing direct acct with automatic deduction from primary checking for weekly deposits. I started with $2 wk and will increase it as i become used to that amt. I have no other ef right now and should but it has been dificult. I started a hsa acct this year for $15/wk (780 yr) for health related issues. My son got a ton of cavities and a root canal and wiped that out. So right this last 2 wks :
200+ dental bill above the insurance allowance for year
780 for root canal
exhaust is about to fall off car -scared to see what that is gonna cost.

Then my mil suddenly died and my son needs dress pants for funeral. do I have 8.96 for that. nope not right now.
