I find that Monday morning is a good indication on how my week is going to go. I have friends that wake up with each new day, but for me, what happens on Monday usually follows through for the rest of the week. I have another friend who has Wednesday as her determining day.
This seems to be especially true with money. If I have a great Monday saving money, the week is usually great. But if I spend a lot on Monday, then the rest of the week is usually a disaster too. Do you have a day each week that basically determines how the rest of your week will go or is each day an individual day in itself? |

I have to MAKE each day new, for money, keeping house, parenting, current habit, whatever. Anything I am trying to do I need each day to be a fresh start or I would have thrown in the towel looong ago.
Actually when I finally woke up and smelled the debt here, I made it a clean slate, so I don't go beating myself up for my former stupidity! (boy there was a lot of it!). Some mornings I have to do that all over again. |
