If you didn't order anything from this company, then they will have to remove the charges. When I have paid for ebay, it just shows up as a transaction, I have never paid a bank fee for that.
The main question is what are they selling and did you order it. |

Your bank should immediately begin a fraud investigation. I had a bogus charge on my credit card a couple of years ago and Chase took it very seriously. They sent me an affidavit to fill out and they removed the charge, closed my account and sent me a new card. Your bank needs to do the same. That card should be inactivated immediately once the account has been breached. You need to get back on the phone with your bank. Ask for the fraud division.

Your bank is not concerned that there has been fraudulent activity on your account? That doesn't sound right. I would call and speak to someone in the fraud department. You need to have you card cancelled and reissued with a new number. You have no way of knowing who has your info now.

What bank is this that ignores fraud?

I'd call the bank back. You did not order this product, you did not give them your debit account. If you ordered anything online that company would have that 3 digit code on back of the card. Ask the bank if that company has that number. They need to investigate. Ask to speak with a supervisor. Keep calling your bank. Don't deal with the fraudulent company at all.

I just did a google search for that product. It looks like others have experienced similar issues. Make your bank google this company and see the problems people are having.

You can request to cancel your debit card and issue a new one. I had fraud happen with my card, and it doesn't take long. In one day they hit it with over $1,000 in purchases. All online because they didn't have the card, just the number (didn't have the 3 digit code on the back). Apparently they had used the number two weeks prior, but didn't have the right expiration date, so they kept sending it until they hit the right one.
QVC allows people to set up accounts with credit cards without that security code. They had two accounts set up with my number, so obviously fake anyone could have spotted it, but they didn't care. Got that cancelled before it was shipped. Another site was some shoes they ordered. I even had the addresses were the goods were going but the locals in that area didn't care because I had gotten things stopped so quickly. Still had to do the police report. The bank KNEW there was suspicion activity two weeks prior but "didn't know how to contact me". THE BANK??? I said "did you try a phone book?" What about the phone number printed on my checks, or the fact I banked online and they had my email. We don't bank there anymore. |

They would only have that code if they ask for it in their order process. Lots of places don't. I've made plenty of online and telephone purchases with my credit card without being asked for the code - just the account number, expiration date and name on the card.

If they had your debit number, I would just get a new card. If they had the bank routing number and account number, I would get a new account.
I'm glad the charges went away. |

This company (and who knows how many others), has enough of your info to activate future charges. Close this account and get another. In the future, when you see something on a card that does not belong at all, just call the bank and tell them that those are not your charges. They should immediately pursue it, and negate those charges -- If they do not, then I'd close out the account entirely and find another bank. |
