Getting a house that old can be pretty costly in the long run. Make sure you get a home inspector who knows how to do old houses and check all the pipes, electrical, etc. We sold a 100+ yr old house in NW PA about a year ago. The buyers demo'd it and re-built anyway, but the pipes had frozen every winter for about 15 years and the electrical went out if it got windy.

Cute, but not much of a yard? Yea, you're talking to someone who lives in the country, and I couldn't handle having neighbors that close to me.

Looks nice to me, except the cheesy family room. The backyard looks very nice for a row house.

I like the other one better as well, but the road is way too busy. This is also within walking distance to shopping, resturants, bars and lots of fun stuff for a single gal like me.
