Insurance advice for the Ice Storm

Greetings forum members,

I work as an insurance adjuster in SW Missouri and we are currently very active with the recent ice storm. Sometimes we adjusters fail to spend enough time explaining what is going on and leave our customers more confused than when they started.

I'm sure most of you have met with your adjusters and probably have everything settled, but I'd like to offer my services for any questions you might have. I'm not selling anything, just trying to be helpful.

Keep in mind, each insurance company may have differences in their coverages, but for the most part, it is a fairly standardized practice.
