Valentine's Day Roses cheap this year?

I just saw a big local florist offering a dozen roses on Valentine's Day for $24.95. It is not unusual for them to charge three times as much. I'm curious as to whether they are thinking there would be far less profit this year if they were to raise the price to the usual level and and perhaps get far fewer orders.

Tell me if you see flowers selling for less this year.
