Default Bed Bath & Beyond no longer accepting expired coupons as of 2/1?

There are rumors that BBY will no longer be accepting expired coupons as of 2/1. This was a great way to get an easy 20% (or $5 off $15) off all your purchases. I imagine they feel less pressure to accept coupons now that Linens N' Things is out of business.

If this is true, that means our family will be shopping there even less than we do already. The prices are higher than at Walmart, Target, etc.

Hmm, I haven't heard of that yet, but that's entirely possible. I've literally seen older women in front of me buying leftover Christmas stuff on sale with like six of those expired coupons. And the store still accepted it.... Kind of warms the heart on several levels to see that.

But yeah, I suppose it's only fair that they want us to start following the expiration dates now....
