Default What financial magazines/journals do you subscribe to?

Just curious as to what others are reading regarding personal finances.

I read Kiplinger's online, WSJ online, CNN Money online, since they are all free.

Money, Kiplinger's and Smart Money. I also read Medical Economics which is a magazine for physicians addressing both practice and personal finance issues.

Oh, I wish they had one like that for my profession (Speech-Language Pathologist). Of course, I get the professional journals, but nothing regarding money.

mommyof4, the funny (or not so funny) thing about the physician finance magazine is that the stories are all the same ones you see in every other finance magazine: dealing with student loans, credit card debt, unaffordable mortgage payments, saving for retirement, funding kids' college educations, etc. Folks always think that all of their financial problems would disappear if only they earned more money. The truth is that the folks who are earning more, sometimes a lot more, have all of the same issues.

I'll agree with that. My husband is an attorney, and believe me, even with his decent income, we struggle with a lot of the basics. Well, I'm getting better- I'm working on his financial skills, now. I bought him 3 financial books for Christmas, and he has yet to read any of them.

I read the Wall Street Journal, Smart Money (a WSJ magazine) and Money. I used to get Fortune but that's more geared to business owners. I also faithfully watch CNBC daily. I have read almost all of Suze Orman's books and watch her show when I can.

I have a Kip subscription right now. It's okay. I used to get Money, which I like better, cause it's more personal finance focused. Kiplinger's is more investing focused, which I read cause I know I should but I don't really enjoy those articles that much.

I also read NYT's Your Money page online and MSN Money online.

Money Magazine and Smart Money. Smart Money, by far, is my favorite. I especially love their "10 Things XXX Won't Tell You"

Same for me, except I also subscribe to the print copy of Kiplinger's. I'm always ripping pages out of it to keep for future reference.
