Steve, sounds like your patients got careless over time. People in LTR often get so comfortable, that they start to neglect protection. If you have sex, you need to assume you will get pregnant/impregnate someone. You have to be vigilant about prevention. Like I said before, I wouldn't rely just on the Pill. If you truly do not want to reproduce, you need to use 2 methods. LAL, I agree, a lot of these so-called accidents are well-timed by the women because they are ready. They don't care to consult with their partners to find out if he's ready, too.
